Important Notes:
- • Make sure the first row contains column headers
- • Date format should be DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD
- • All fields are required - empty cells will cause import errors
- • Aadhar numbers must be exactly 12 digits
- • File size should not exceed 10MB
